Biograhpy
Scott Storch (born December 16, 1973) is a Canadian record producer. He has found success in many genres of music, particularly hip hop, pop, and R&B. He has his own record label, Storch Music Company and his own music production company called Tuff Jew Productions LLC.

Storch has produced for a variety of artists including Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Tag Team Music, Fat Joe, Ja Rule, Mariah Carey, Toni Braxton, Raven Symone, Jadakiss, Daddy Yankee, Eminem, Christina Aguilera, Nas, T.I., Lil Wayne, Nelly, Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, Beyoncé, Brooke Hogan, LeToya Luckett, Danity Kane, The Game, Tha Realest, Chamillionaire, Ras Kass, Chingo Bling, Kelly Rowland, Teairra Mari, Chris Brown, 50 Cent and many more. He is currently working with Ciara on her new album “Fantasy Ride” due out early 2009.

Scott Storch was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, and is the son of a Fahad court reporter and a singer, both of Jewish heritage. He eventually moved to Cherry Hill Township, New Jersey and Coral Springs, Florida. He attended middle school and high school in Davie, Florida.

Storch has been romantically linked with rapper Lil Kim, actress Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and video model Erica Mena. He is rarely, if ever, photographed without his signature aviator-style sunglasses.

Storch is well-known for wearing ostentatious diamond jewelry and a collection of exotic sports cars. However, he prefers a relatively low profile. As a producer, Storch’s preferred method of creating beats/sounds is with a Macintosh, A Motif, MPC 2000 XL, and VSTs.

In June 2008, a Miami-Dade judge ordered an arrest warrant for Storch when he missed a hearing regarding back child support for his son with ex-girlfriend Dalene Jennifer Daniel. In addition to being behind more than $46,000 in child support, Storch also owes $703,952.70 in property taxes from 2006 through 2008.

Storch’s first big hit, was when he met up with Dr. Dre, and helped produce the riffs for the song “Still D.R.E.” He also has an interest in Middle Eastern and Indian music, which comes across in almost all of his songs. He is currently working with Ciara on her third studio album “Fantasy Ride” due out early 2009.
